I was able to finance four brand new tires, which made the process so much more manageable. The customer service was excellent from the start to the finish. The front desk staff were polite, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns.

I had a great experience at Mavis Discount Tire. The team was very thorough in explaining the repairs my car needed and took the time to answer all of my questions. I also appreciated that they performed a complimentary inspection of my vehicle, which helped me understand what needed attention. I felt confident enough in their honesty and professionalism that I came back to have the work completed. I also want to recognize the woman at the front desk. She was incredibly polite, patient, and understanding as I shared my concerns. Her kindness and excellent customer service made the entire experience much less stressful. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for knowledgeable, honest, and friendly service!

I’m extremely disappointed with the way I was lied to when going to get my oil change at this Mavis. I dropped off my Benz and when I returned, I first asked the guy at the front could they make sure to check my fluids and fill them for me. I told him that I had the coolant and windshield wiper fluid so all they had to do was fill them. He said that they’re not allowed to do that or anything near the engine. I was surprised because any other Mavis I’ve been to, has always topped up my fluids as long as I brought them with me. I let it go, being that I know how to fill them myself but then he stated, “being that you’re here now, the mechanic said that your vehicle didn’t pass the battery, Shocks and struts, brake pads and rotors, Air filter and wiper check. I was shocked! I told him that I’d gotten a new battery not too long ago so that didn’t make sense. He asked how long and I said a few months. He said well my mechanic said it failed the test, so would you like to get any of the work done today. I inquired about the brakes next. He said you need brake pads and rotors for the back and front. I said well I got my back brakes done by Mavis about a year ago so I have the warranty a

If you value ur car DO NOT GO / COME HERE. Went for a wheel alignment After reading other ppl reviews I thought this was a good place to take my subaru for an alignment. Took a chance on Saturday to get an alignment and they frig up the car after paying $130 could have cause the car not to get proper brakes. They used some sorta heat on the car and it caused the rubber boot on the axle to get a tear and all the grease was coming out of the boot unaware to us. First off when they finish the alignment and bring the vehicle back it was only pulling on one side the steering wheel was pulling to the right. Told them to do it over cuz this not right alignment they did it over with a 3 months warrantee. 2hrs or so after before we got on the highway something said check under the car when we looked all the grease was leaking from the rubber boot we took pictures to show and we went back to Mavis but they were closed. Went to another Mavis location the next day that was closer to where we were at the time and this Mavis on Sunday said they can see they use some sorta heat could be a torch and did damage the rubber boot and they would try to help. The manager called the Utica location and s
